NEW Air Trek Log AA
January 2017

We are Gearing Up for
Snowbird Season!

Your facilities are getting full and the patients and families are wanting to get back home.
What do you do now?
Call Air Trek!

Air Trek’s aircraft are fully equipped and staffed to function as flying critical care units – allowing us to provide the best care for your patients.  We differ from other air ambulance services in that we own and maintain the aircraft enabling us to have direct operational control over all aspects of the patient’s transport.

Family, friends, and pets of your patient may also travel aboard the aircraft at no additional charge, pending the availability of seats.  Air Trek’s Flight coordinators can explain the different seating capabilities for each aircraft.  After an aircraft is selected, a personalized and specific plan will be created to meet the transport needs for your patient and their family members.  Be sure to ask about our $1,000 discount for your patients who are able to leave from the departure airport between 8am and 1pm!

Additionally, two of Air Trek’s aircraft have dual stretcher transport capabilities.  If a co-worker or another facility has a patient traveling to your patient’s destination, a dual stretcher transport can be an economical means for cost sharing the transport.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the Air Ambulance or Commercial Airline Medical Escort services that we provide, please feel free to contact any member of the
