Some of you may have already heard that the Board of Directors of the Florida International Air Show have cancelled the 2015 Air Show due to a variety of negative financial impacts.Unfortunately this is true, and as a result of their decision, Air Trek will not be hosting our Annual Open House Hangar Party.
Air Show organizers hope to resurrect the show in the FALL of this year or in 2016.Meetings will be held in over the next few weeks where they speak with the airport, performers, sponsors, and charities.We will be standing by in the hopes that we will get to see you all in the future at an Air Trek Open House Hangar Party!
We will do our best to keep you all informed should we receive any new information regarding the
Air Show and an Air Trek Hangar Party.

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Cool on a wire rack 1 hour. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and set aside.
With a meat fork or wooden skewer, poke holes about 2 in. apart into cooled cake. Slowly pour gelatin over cake. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cake. Decorate with sprinkles. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
